Enquiries & payments

The offering-enquiry tool prepares an email in your own email app. It does not send the enquiry or store it on this website. You choose whether to send the message.

WhatsApp and email links take you to external services. Any information you send is handled by that service and the recipient. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or other confidential financial information in an enquiry.

No payment gateway is active here. This website does not collect card details or hold funds.

External services

Map, source and archive links open third-party websites with their own privacy practices. The original WordPress site may use subscriptions, comments, social features and tracking that are separate from this website.

Private enquiry drafts

The guidance and hospitality form prepares a message in your browser. Drafts are not submitted to this website, saved in its database or added to public testimonials. Opening WhatsApp or email passes the draft to the service you choose; review it before sending. Your account may identify you to the recipient even if you leave the name field blank. A printout or copied draft is your responsibility to store privately. Clear the form when using a shared device. To withdraw a reminder request, contact the same recipient and ask to stop updates.

Feedback and privacy

When you submit feedback, we store your chosen name, rating, comment and publication consent. Approved feedback may appear publicly. Do not include sensitive information. A hashed network identifier helps limit spam. To request removal, email the contact below with the name and comment submitted.

Testimonials and translation

A testimonial stores your chosen public name, rating, text, language, topic and submission time. Submission requires first-hand confirmation and publication consent. Entries remain private until approved. Contributors must be 18 or older. Do not submit medical records or private contact details. A hashed network identifier limits spam. Email your submission reference to request removal.

Google Translate receives the public testimonial text only when a reader opens its translation link. Private drafts are not sent automatically. Translation opens in a new tab under Google’s policies; the original remains on this website.
